My Account
How do I create an account?
  To create an account, please follow the steps listed below:

1)
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Please note that Stuffed Safari never sells our customer's information to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  If you should need to edit any of the information on your account, simply click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site.
How much is my shipping?
  For most items and locations, we use USPS Priority mail. Priority mail shipments generally arrive within 1 to 4 business days of the date the package leaves our facility; International shipments usually take from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on processing times within your country's customs unit. On some larger and/or heavier items, postal regulations may require us to use a different shipping service; in those instances, the service used will be UPS ground.  Please note that any time frames are estimates only; the USPS does not guarantee delivery times.  Our shipping rates are as follows:

*Special Note for International customers:  Most countries outside of the US will charge VAT/import duties on shipments arriving from outside of your country.  These fees are charged by your government and are NOT included in the shipping costs listed above or the total on your order.  Please contact the customs department for your country to learn about VAT/duties thresholds and requirements.


Orders are usually processed within one week of the order being placed; occasionally, order fulfillment may take longer depending on in stock availability and order volume.  If you need your order shipped immediately, please contact us at 866-534-6604 so we can attempt to fulfill your request.

Please note that we do carry some oversize items that require more shipping than those listed above.  Please contact us for a shipping quote.
I forgot my password.
  To receive your password information, please click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to the email address you have on file with us which will contain your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please click here for more information on returning an item.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Stuffed Safari wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you should find that your purchase was not exactly what you were looking for, you may return it within 30 days of the date of receipt in new, unused condition with all tags attached for an exchange or a refund (sorry - we cannot refund shipping charges unless we have made an error in your order). Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted.  

PLEASE NOTE: Bulk orders (orders which consist of 20 or more items) or orders for items over $200 will be charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of the order total, plus the actual cost of shipping.  

PLEASE NOTE:  If your order included free shipping, your order will be refunded for the total minus the actual shipping cost.

To return your item(s), please follow the instructions below:

1.  Please return the item in secure boxing, and please be sure that the item is properly packaged. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are delayed, lost or damaged as a result of improper packaging.

2.  Please print a copy of this page, complete our return form in full below and be sure to include it with your return. Please be sure to also include a copy of your original packing slip that arrived with your package.  Including both of these forms will allow us to process your return more quickly.

4.  Once your return is received, please allow 7 days for processing. If you should have any questions regarding your return, please contact us at (866) 534-6604.
When will my order ship?
  In general, most of our items will leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days from the date you place your order. Occasionally, due to holidays or heavy demand, processing times may take longer. If it is anticipated that the processing time on your order will take longer than our usual 1 to 3 days, we will notify you by email with an expected time frame. Please note that the times stated above are processing times and do not include actual transit times; transit times will vary based on your location.

Please note that if your order includes any personalized items, an additional 48 hours may be added to the processing time to complete the personalization.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact our customer support team Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm central time at 866-534-6604. We will be happy to check on availability and ship times for you and work with you to meet your needs.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation by email when your order has shipped and a tracking information email within 24-48 hours of shipment.
