|To create an account, please follow the steps listed below:
1) Click the "Register" link at bottom of our website.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|Most items leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Please note: heavy order volume during holidays can delay shipments past our normal processing time. If your order is time sensitive, please call our office at 866-534-6604 M-F from 9am to 5pm so one of our customer support team members can assist you in making sure your package arrives in time for your event.
For most items and locations, we use USPS Priority mail. Priority mail shipments generally arrive within 1 to 4 business days of the date the package leaves our facility; International shipments usually take from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on processing times within your country's customs unit. On some larger and/or heavier items, postal regulations may require us to use a different shipping service; in those instances, the service used will be FedEx ground. Please note that any time frames are estimates only.
International customers: Please note that our shipping rates for packages that are shipping to areas outside of the United States do not include any duties or VAT taxes. Those fees can only be collected by the country the delivery address is in. Please contact the customs unit for your country to determine what fees, if any, are charged to inbound shipments.

Click here". That link will send an email to the email address you have on file with us which will contain your password.|

|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
Stuffed Safari wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you should find that your purchase was not exactly what you were looking for, you may return it within 30 days of the date of receipt in new, unused condition with all tags attached for an exchange or a refund (sorry - we cannot refund shipping charges unless we have made an error in your order). Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Bulk orders (orders which consist of 20 or more items) or orders for items over $200 will be charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of the order total, plus the actual cost of shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order included free shipping, your order will be refunded for the total minus the actual shipping cost.
To return your item(s), please follow the instructions below:
1. Please return the item in secure boxing, and please be sure that the item is properly packaged. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are delayed, lost or damaged as a result of improper packaging.
2. Please print a copy of this page, complete our return form in full below and be sure to include it with your return. Please be sure to also include a copy of your original packing slip that arrived with your package. Including both of these forms will allow us to process your return more quickly.

4. Once your return is received, please allow 7 days for processing. If you should have any questions regarding your return, please contact us at (866) 534-6604.
|Orders generally leave our warehouse no more than 3 business days from the date you place your order, with most orders leaving our facility within 1 to 2 business days. Occasionally, due to holidays or heavy demand, processing times may take longer. If it is anticipated that the processing time on your order will take longer than our usual time frame, we will notify you by email with an expected time frame. Please note that the times stated above are processing times and do not include actual transit times. Transit times are based on the destination location and will vary but generally range from 1 to 5 business days for packages shipping to United States addresses. .
Please note that if your order includes any personalized items, an additional 48 hours may be added to the processing time to complete the personalization.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation by email when your order has shipped and a tracking information email within 24-48 hours of shipment.
